I am starting a wholesale food business and want to pick up commercial equipment here and there. So far I found a 15 yr old Vulcan convection oven for 600.00. It's pretty beat up but was going to offer less. I can't see if if it works bec the placehas no electricity. Anyway, is this high $ or a good price and do these ovens last longer than 15yrs.

He also has a 10 burner stove w/ convection oven that is 1500 and 4yrs old.

Any input would help.
