I just bought the Sono Baking Company Cookbook and tried out a few recipes. I made their red velvet cupcakes using these new silicone cupcake molds from this new company thesiliconekitchen.com. They turned out great, I really loved the cake because it wasn't too sweet.
However, when it came to the fruit tarts, I found that the pastry cream was off. Has anyone tried to make it yet?
