Thanks for the reply, it's very helpful.
Well I always thought i'll be working something to do with literature and languages ( I've studied english, german and russian ),and just resently decided that I want to work in the food industry. I love to cook and have been doing it for as long as I can remember ( my mom always needs help in the kitchen :) ).
My long term goals are to become a professional cousine chef, probably specializing in mediterannean kitchen, and to have my own restaurant.

P.S. Wow it's very interesting that you had Bulgarian students, I thought cooking is not at all modern in my country :D!
