Black Garlic?

Has anyone used, cooked with, tasted black garlic?

 

I did a search here, didn't find anything.

Never even heard of it, let alone cooked with it.

 

How does it differ from other garlics?

There's some really nice recipes on there too to give you some ideas!

My favorite way to use it is to just make a simple vinaigrette and top it on salads and fish.
