Hi everyone, basically i live in the philippines, i wanted to franchise macdo or jollibee but a bit out of my price range,  I've decided to make my own, just started building,, try as i might i can't seem to find out how or what equipment i need, the food they like here is spaghetti, fried chicken, burgers and fries, can anyone point me in the direction of a kitchen layout,  much better to copy one of the big guys as they've done all the research, sourcing may be tricky but i've got to try, thanking you in anticipation, nick.

I would suggest the "Beaudelaire" kitchen lay out. Similar to those used in Mongolian restaraunts. This way you can often see all the various meats as they cook and at the same time have access to useful cutlery etc..

Basically if you imagine a large corner shape with hotplates both sides and rotisserie in the point of the corner thats the type.

Hope this helps and good luck with your enterprise
