Nutritional analysis

Does anyone know of a site that I can put a recipe in and get the nutritional information right then? Somebody called my bakery and asked for the grams of fat and carbohydrates in one of my valentine cookies. I thought that the site that I got the recipe from had that feature but it doesn't.

I can't answer that question, but I know there are some recipe programs that have that as an option.
