Hello Betina - welcome to ChefTalk.


We have members from all around the globe - I'm Scottish!  We have all levels of ability here, from those just starting out on their culinary journey, through enthusiastic amateurs (like me!) to masterchefs.


I hope you will make time to read some of the wonderful articles on here - and view the amazing photographs.  Feel free to join in on any thread you find interesting or start your own.  The Professional fora are for those who work in the culinary professions, but those of us who are not professionals can read-only...  and learn a great deal!
