Forgive me for repeating this question bec I read all the postings on this. I need to develope a HACCP and SOP plan bec I started a food production business and it's really getting busy. Other than dealing w/ the USDA to get info, is there another source I can go to for HACCP info? This is worse to me than doing my business plan!!!
