Your ideas for other industry insiders

We would really like to hear from everyone on who you would like to see as industry insiders in the ChefTalk forums? I really thought Mad Cow Cutlery did a great job of answering questions and would like to see more interactions between our community and industry experts. That being said can you guys and gals give us some insight into who you would like to chat with regularly?

A  USDA  meat or food  inspector.

I think Mad Cow is a hard act to follow. But I would look for somebody, in other categories, who brings the same objective attitude to the table. For hard goods this would mean somebody who handles a broad line of brands, and not be wedded to just one or two.

 

I'd like to see somebody as knowledgeable about cookware as Mad Cow is about cutlery, but who could remain as objective as Mad Cow in their responses. Maybe a spokesperson from Chef's Warehouse or someplace similar???
