Left over Huevos Rancheros sauce ideas?

So I decided to putz around and make my own Huevos Rancheros (atkins style, no torilla) and came up with this sauce.

1/2 red onion

4 cloves of garlic

2 cups of tomato puree

2 tbs ancho chili powder

2 tbs chipotle with adobo

2 tbs honey

1 fresh roasted jalapeno puree

1 fresh roasted palbano puree (yea prob didn't add much)

1/2 cup of red wine

I'm a moderate spicy food kinda guy, and alone, this sauce was extremely hot, but when cut with some lime/sour cream it was excellent.

So now I have a good sized container of the stuff, and besides more eggs (which is not a bad thing) any ideas of what else this might be good for?

Carne asada, or carne adovada,  also a great marinade & cooking sauce for chicken.  This sauce should freeze very well too,  so you could portion it for future huevos adventures.
