Help please! : )
I make a mean Bloody Ceasar mix and I would like to bottle it for sale. However, as difficult as it was to even find a recipe for preserving juice most use canning jars - probably not as marketable as bottles. Another recipe I found used a bottle, BUT it required refrigeration? I'd like to be able to sell these for pantry storage. I would consider using a professional bottler but I'm not finding any in the Seattle area. Can anybody help?
