I am in the process of researching and working towards opening a bakery.  I am not in the food/bakery industry at all so imagine the difficulties :), however, my partner is a baker and an excellent business person.  My business experience is only with an LLC I have but not at all in this industry.  I have read several books, and looked at what my locality requires regarding permits, licenses, insurance, etc.  My greatest dilemma is in the business plan and really knowing what start up costs will be.  


I would love if there was someone who could Mentor us in this feat but also recognized in this business there is very little down time.  If someone is available, I would be so appreciative.
