Bacon VS Sausage - Page 2

you can easily make sausage from pork, you don;t need bacon.  But it seems that the question (however absurd it is) is not which you could do without buying but which you could do without eating.

Easily bacon. There are only so many variations to bacon. On the other hand, sausage has limitless variations. And being the good Cajun that I am, life would not be worth living without andouille and boudin.
