I have a university project to research the European countries Bread related Educational System and curriculum. For example I found that in UK, there is a range of industry endorsed courses (at foundation and undergraduate level), apprenticeships, vocational qualifications, training schemes and Diplomas. These are all I know. I have no image more than this. How can I find detailed information in this field and list the related fields and categories (such as Culinary/ Pastry/Baking) and relevant courses at the different levels.
