I am going to school in December to become a personal chef. I have a passion for cooking. I have no idea what I will do after I get out of school. Any ideas out there. Food truck, Personal Chef, Private Catering under 50 people, Theme parties, Beer & Wine pairings ETC. These are just some of my ideas. I am 41 years old married and I have 3 children. I don't have a desire to become an executive chef at a restrauant at this time. I will be posting some recipies later that I have created. Have an awesome day and thanks for your positive comments.
