Hi, I have a client who's restaurant is not doing too well. From the reviews on Yelp, they seem to have excellent front house service but their food is "average" and not worth the price they are charging.
It seems that they will need to hire a chef to bring the menu up to par. However, they don't have a large budget so I suggested they give up shares in the restaurant to the right chef, who would be willing to turn the restaurant around and become part owner.
Is this realistic? Would there be any talented chefs who would be interested in this kind of opportunity?
