Do They Contain Gluten?

I've looked and can't seem to find the answer - of course I have yet to ask the supplier, but they aren't open yet!

 

I make frosting that my family loves, but my sister's FIVE boys cannot have gluten and I can't find out if the Hi-Ratio and Brite White I use contain any.

 

On the contents it doesn't say it does, but you can't be too cautious.

can you substitute butter in the recipe? can you list the ingredients?
