Hi all, a neighbor gave me a bunch of habeneros this year that I have dried (mostly)
In the past he has given me a mix of habenero, jalapeno, serrano and whatever else grew in there. So I dried them and made a wonderful dry mix.
But now all I have are the habeneros. They are not as strong as classic habeneros but still pack a punch.
Other than just grinding them does anyone have any suggestions as to what to do with them?
I could make something like a very strong pizza seasoning, chili seasoning etc. But any thoughts will be appreciated.
