hi every one a friend a told me about this site so i thort i would check it out

so here i am my names is dave i am head chef of a nursing home and been a chef for nearly 15 years  i live in the south of england not much else to tell really

My home town is a long way from you - Edinburgh - and I am not a professional, just a very enthusiastic amateur.

 

I hope you will join in on threads you find interesting, and also take the time to view some of the photographs and the articles on here - they re well worth a look!
