Spicy Greens

I'm co-ordinating an event for a farm apprenticeship program, and am working through handheld local produce heavy aps.....

Anyone work with spicy greens? If so would you share ideas?

You mean like arugula, dandelion greens and such?

More like Hot mustards, arugula, tatsoi, etc blends....there's swiss chard, russian kale too.....
