Owner operator Mediterranean Fast Foods

Thread Starter

My wife and I specialize in Babylonian, Greek and Chaldean Foods for 30 years in St. George, Ut and Las Vegas. I'am 1/2 Greek and she's from Baghdad, Iraq . Saw a question and lost it. I too can't find the little signs that can stand upright in a barkery case with grating. I have spent 2 hours on the internet - can't find. Think I'll shoot my left toe - less painful. What a market to open on the web.

Hello Hannah and welcome to Chef Talk. Wow! Your place sounds like a wondeful spot for those of us who are adventurous to visit! I hope you'll share more about your flavors, ingredients and methods in the other forums. You're encouraged to post your quesiton about signage in the Professional Pastry Forum, where others can find your post and supply you with an answer.

I'm familiar with many Greek foods, both savory and pastry, but Chaldean and Babylonian are new to me. I believe those would be foods of the Christians of the region, correct? Or, in the best style of human culture, are they wonderful amalgams of flavors?

We hope you visit and participate often. Welcome!

What an open door for someone to open a web page to "Deli, Bakery, I.D. Tags" and small stands. I'am ready in invest. Hannah

Hannah, you must start a new thread in the Professional Pastry Chefs Forum. Scroll down the main Forums page until you find that forum. Start a new thread there with a title such as "Labels for Pastry Display Needed" or similar wording to get your idea started. Then explain what you want.

If you have trouble starting your new thread in that forum, please contact me again. Remember: you'll need to have some patience here. This is a bulletin board, which means that we come and go- you cannot be certain that someone will be immediately available to answer your query. We all do our best to help each other!
