While looking for a commercial kitchen to rent to start my food business, I am realizing a definite need in the Triad. I am looking to fill that need with a commercial kitchen to rent on an hourly basis in Greensboro, NC. For all you potential food entrepreneurs, please email me if you have an interest in a commercial kitchen rental.
Please contact me! There is a big need for commercial kitchen rental in this area. Rockingham Community kitchen seems to be the only option in the whole state. What's the holdup? Do you need investors for startup? Would love to talk about it.
I am looking for a commercial space to rent by the hour to cook as well as bake, in the Greensboro area, for a vending business I would like to start. Could you please email with a response. Where will you be located?
Did you ever find a commercial kitchen in Greensboro,NC? I may be in need of one in the next year and was wondering if there was one in Greensboro/High Point/Kernersville area....
I am also looking for a kitchen to rent by the hour or day for caterings and cakes in the Asheboro / Greensboro / High Point area. I would love to know if anyone knows of a place.
I never heard anything back from this lady that started with the conversation that she was going to open one....I have not made it back to the USA YET to start my business but it seems that a commercial kitchen is a much needed thing in the Triad area....let's keep looking and asking around and if any of you find anything similar, please post it here....haha..maybe we should all go in an open "the kitchen"...hahaha.
Let's Keep everyone in the loop and if I hear anything I will be sure to post back here!!
Contact the health inspector(s) responsible for the area(s) in question. They WILL know about ANY licensed commercial kitchen, existing, developing, or, in many cases, planned as well as other kitchens that may be interested in renting space.
The best source for finding local licensed kitchens that I've found is your local health inspectors, they know who is building, opening, leasing, closing, renting, whatever.
Yes, Charlie...I think that is pretty much what we are all looking for.....I am looking for a kitchen space that has commercial type ovens so that I can cook large quanities of cakes/cupcakes.....I have not found anything in the Greensboro area...YET!!!
I am also looking for a commercial kitchen to rent by the hour. I am a Personal Chef and sometimes want to do some small event catering. Are there any new leads on how to find a kitchen to rent?
Get to know your local health inspector! They know EVERY licensed kitchen in their area and have a pretty good handle on which ones might be available as well as the condition and capabilities.
I am in Winston- Salem and am in need of a kitchen. I too know of Rockingham CC and see it as a viable venue, minus the drive of course. I happen to own a small commercial building on Liberty Street in WS that would be ideal for this. It is a ll business. 400sqft. I own the lot beside it as well. Although the city said six cars could fit there, I disagree and four is plenty. There are other areas to park in the area and on the street. Maybe we could come to some mutual agreement on upfit. Chime in if your passion is in the right place regardless of current situation. It can't hurt.
My husband and I looking for a commercial kitchen for rent to start a food business. Basically we want to start with Argentina Empanadas. If you can provide us detail information related to price, address, kitchen utensils, and working hours we would appreciate it.
We are new in this project and gathering information at this time.
I would be interested working together with a group to start a kitchen! If you have the space, what would the cost be to start it up?
