I am interested in finding out more.  Looking for a commercial kitchen in which to bake challah.  Have been baking challah for 15 years.  Started a business a little over a year ago, taking orders and subscriptions, and have loyal customer base.  Space that I was baking in became too cramped and was not available enough hours/the right hours.  You can see more about my business at www.challahluyah.com.
