I am new to the site. I was wondering if anyone knows how to or has suggestions for making pasta noodles by scratch. Any kind of noodles and any ideas are welcome!

We have lots of members here from all around the globe - and many of them will be able to help with any questions you might have regarding pasta or noodles. Just repost your question in the relevant 'recipes' forum - and await the rush of replies!
Feel free to join in on any thread you find interesting, or start your own. The only proviso is that non-professionals like us (I'm one, too!) have read-only rights to the Professional fora on here. There are also many, many interesting articles, amazing photographs and the blogs aren't too shabby, either.
