Pastry Chef's School

Hi,

 

I'm Timothy. I am wondering if what school can I apply on after my college degree (culinary arts) in manila to become a Pastry Chef. It can be in U.S, Italy. And How can I apply there from here in the Philippines to abroad. 

 

I wish that one of you can help me.
