Hello from North Carolina Lady

Thread Starter

Hello. I am excited as I am considering a small business venture to do some light catering in my future. This would be a new career for me! I have done some cooking and managing of food service in the past but nothing really like this! Feel free to stop and say Hi as we always so around here in the South!

Great to be here!

Julie!

I have some family in North Carolina. It's a wonderful state. Anyway, welcome to ChefTalk!

Goldsboro. And they have a house in Morehead City, on the beach. I always like to go visit them.

Wonderful. Are you a chef or do you cater?

Neither. I'm a public accountant that likes to cook. thumb.gif

Welcome, Julie! As you can see, we're a friendly lot here. As you can see, there's a catering forum here; I suggest exploring it, including using the search tool to check out earlier threads. We've been here for a decade or so, and believe me, there's plenty to explore here.

I hope you visit often and participate in the discussions, too. Enjoy!

Regards,

Mezzaluna
