Lost recipe

Hoping someone out there can help. My mother use to make a drop cookie for Christmas and I'm afraid I'm not able to remember much about it. I remember there were crispy Chinese noodles, peanut butter (or maybe it was peanut butter chips) in the recipe but don't remember any other ing. Anyone know what I'm talking about? :)

If Wile E. Coyote had enough money to buy all that ACME stuff, why didn't he just buy dinner?

One of my aunts used to make these except she used butterscotch chips and peanut butter,  I found a recipe.

I googled butterscotch and chinese noodles and there are several variations - some with cashews, some with peanuts, some with chocolate chips and butterscotch chips.  One with marshmallows.

Is this what you were thinking?
