Hey everyone I'm Kevin. I'm from Missouri. I work at a bakery as a Bakers apprentice. I'm here to get some and share some good ideas and expand on my knowledge

Hi Kevin! There are people here who'd love to work in a bakery and learn more about breads and yeast doughs in general. Some of our home cooks/bakers are quite accomplished; I've eaten some of their products. licklips.gif Learning at work is a fantastic way for many people to gain knowledge of such things.

 

We hope you enjoy browsing the discussion boards, but don't miss the cooking articles, wikis, photos, etc. We're way more than only a bulletin board!
