I'm just stopping by here to say Hi. I'm a home cook and have been since I was a kid when my parents taught me too cook. I am mostly self-trained with the help of cookbooks and some friends who are chefs that help me out when I have questions. I also brew my own beer and ciders and am dabbling more and more in the art of charcuterie. I love everything learning everything about food and can't wait to learn more about the craft from this forum.
