I haven't tried the new bar yet, I've been on a Sharffen Berger kick, but I've heard a number of people are disappointed in it...Lindt even added soya lecithin to a couple of their other bars featuring the "new recipe" label. Some of their bars are still unchanged though, so it's not all bad news!
