New to the forum and I have just started in Chef school, found this place and it looked pretty cool, anyways, I just got out of prison where I learned some real basic stuff working in the canteen, I really liked it and I have decided to try and make something of my life and chanel some energy into something positive for once in my life. I would love to hear from other trainees, what courses you were doing and stuff, I am really interested in meat, steaks, chicken, pork, lamb, venison and Veal in particular but I want to learn all there is to know and one day be a celebrity TV chef, I sued to watch ready steady cook from my cell every night and it really inspired me
