Gidsmama,  I don't see where anyone here has condoned this man's behavior.

Hi Lentl, you are right, I should have been more specific, not very appropriate of me to lump everyone in.  My apologies to those I did not mean to offend.  However, if you are posting reasons why this guy acts this way, or excuses for him, you are giving him an out and no one acting like this deserves one.  That is where I was trying to come from, dang words, sometimes we use the wrong ones!!

Thanks GidsMama :) And everyone else for that matter, i must be boring you all with my moaning lol

I think me confronting him has helped. Today he didn't say or do anything to me and i just kept my head down and did my first service in the kitchen (which i loved :D) Hopefully i can just get on with it now as the money is great and i really need this job.

xoxo

For the future, if at all possible, never put yourself in a situation where you "need this job" because if you do not have the option to quit, then you will be forced to "put up with" situations/conditions that you should not have to.

Hey Crumble!

If we were bored we wouldn't read them!  Glad to hear today went better, maybe this is the start to a positive year:)  Glad you stood up for yourself.  I have a little plaque hanging over my door so when I leave each day I see it

"Start every day with a smile and get it over with"

Cheers girl
