Desperate to find a recipe for Gentlmen's Savoury Delights

Does anyone have the Two Fat Ladies recipe for something called Gentlemn's Savoury Delights?  These are little pinwheels of puff pastry, anchovies, and, ummmm.....  I can't remember what else!  Need to make them for a cocktail party this Friday.  Anyone have or remember the recipe?  Thanks!!!!!!!!

This is a call from the past...!

My mum used to make similar things for cocktail parties in the 1960s!  It was just puff pastry, rolled fairly thin and smeared with 'Gentleman's Relish' - a UK brand - and then rolled up and sliced into circles and baked in a fairly high oven.

Thanks - that sounds right from what I remember of the show.  And thinking about it, it does sound like a vintage-y recipe.  Now I must locate Gentlemen's Relish in Seattle....  !

Although, having looked on-line and seen the product, described as "anchovies (60%), butter, herbs, and spices," I suppose I could try anchovy paste mashed with butter and black pepper and cayenne, or some such.

You could always give it a go - but err on the side of less anchovy, as the resultant butter might be a bit too salty.
