Starting a new series on my blog

Thread Starter

With the start of the new year, I am starting a new, monthly series, on my blog.  In it I am featuring chefs who have left the restaurant world and what they are doing now.  It won't require much of your time.  All it would require is for you to submit a brief bio, answer 4-5 questions and provide a recipe that is representative of you.  I would also ask that you provide a picture of either yourself, or of your recipe (even multiple pictures if you want, showing the steps of your recipe), although providing a picture is not required.  Of course, I would be happy to include mention (and possible links) to any project, website or blog that you have.

There is no hidden motive or agenda behind this.  My blog is based on the fact that I am an ex restaurant chef and I thought it would be fun to expand on this theme a bit.  It would be great to get some of you involved as it would give me a chance to become better aquainted with those here, in our community.  If you aren't familiar with my blog, there is a link to it in my signature.  Please feel free to check it out.

If you would be interested in being featured please shoot me a PM and give a brief rundown of your story and I promise to get back to you.
