Hello, i am a grade nine student in Canada, and wondering a few things.
first, i was looking into le cordon bleu ottawa, but i realized it was a french culinary school. do they just teach french inspired culinary techniques? and seconds, is liaison college a good culinary school ? what will they offer for me ?
