This is a great forum and the people around here are the genius. Well about my self, I am Daniel Smith a new member or you may say a new chef to this forum. I came here not only to get knowledge about recipes and trends, but also to share my experience and to hang out most of my leisure. I found this forum a really superb as there are many many interesting topics are discussed and I want to talk part in all topics. I hope all members will definitely cooperate with me and make friendship with me.

I hope you will enjoy interacting with the membership, we are a mixed bunch from around the globe and all levels of culinary expertise - so plenty of interesting topics are posted.  The blogs, wikis, articles and photographs are worth viewing - and will provide inspiration for new dishes, I am sure.
