hot chix wings with buttermilk herb dip and celery....fav of Randy the Fig/organic veg farmer.

240 chix hearts fried and run through wing sauce (butter, crystal, vin) and corn meal fried okra

ooey gooey chocolate orange custard with mascarpone, lady fingers soaked in Grand Marnier, fresh oj, orange oil, sugar....topped with whipped cream....just did not have time to set properly.

Needs a name and not tiramisu.240 

Citrus Salad on red leaf....you can't see the blood oranges, grapefruit, navel oranges, challots, tarragon, Aussie evo in the btm of the bowl...it's an old French trick....dressing in btm you can premake salad and toss at table before service.
