I bought one of these just for making osso buco. I found myself using it for a lot more than just that. I make tomato sauce in it, chili, any excuse I have to bust it out, I do. I absolutely...

One of my first internet knives. Great blade. I mean *great* but the handle was a bit weird. Right now it just sits at the bottom of my knife kit.

TY! I'm "lucky" because my husband is "The Chef" and I get to be the taste-tester for all of his creations! LOL When he went to culinary school, we made a deal that also made me "lucky," he would do the cooking in our home since I was going to work FT to basically support us while he was in school.
Where would be the best place for me to post our blog? We have a recipe potluck linkup happening to collect the most popular recipes from the food blogosphere, and I'd love for people to come share from their blogs. Just want to make sure I post that in the right place!
