Hi Everyone,

 

I like to continue to explore different approaches in the culinary world, and I came across one that looks interesting and I wonder if any of you have attended this program:  Masters at ICI in Italy.  It looks interesting as it focuses on the farm to table errors made in classic Italian cuisine.  The all inclusive cost for 90 days is under $15k American, which is cheap considering some of the programs out there.  It is directed towards professionals. I can not find any reviews on it and contacted the site but have yet to receive any info.  It offers a few credits but I am more interested in the program and if the certs they offer have any value.  It is taught in English and has locations in Northern and Southern Italy.

 

Does anyone have any experience with ICI?  This is different than the CIA Italian program.  You can Google it for info.
