Hey all, I'm currently a line cook and have been living in Toronto and the GTA for most of my life and wish to find a reputable culinary school outside of Toronto; I've personally met a fair few graduates (some coworkers, others friends) from George Brown who seem somewhat dissatisfied with the program.

 

My question is, for the relatively affordable price tag is it a school I should still consider? I've also heard many good things about Stratford; does anyone currently attend/know of/is an alumni of that school that wishes to share some insight (some specifics as to what separates Stratford from the rest)? If not, do you guys have any other schools in Ontario that you would recommend? Thanks guys smile.gif
