I'm looking for recipe costing software, has anyone used the Chef-Tec programs. Is there any other software suggestions. Thanks guys.
Back when I worked for the Tournament Players Club, I did the initial evaluation of the basic version of ChefTec for them. At my location, we changed the menu daily, so it was extremely useful. The only downside is the set-up. Getting all your products, prices and any conversion factor unique to your operation entered can take a while. Once you're up and running, it's very easy to use and relatively easy to upkeep. I think TPC eventually went with either CorTec or ChefTec Ultra as there are 25+ individual golf operations within it.
