I'm looking for someone to help out in my Small restaurant in the Northern Bahamas for a while .... like April - August ....
I'm flexible as to FOH or BOH work ... but ... Need to be in the Kitchen primarily ( for reputation's sake ) ... but .. in a perfect world, would like to find a young person that would be fine with FOH "stuff" ie, helping with general day to day business, being sociable, Kissing @$$, working with chef (ME) for menu planning, specials, etc ......
Housing and compensation are negotiable ...
