Hello fellow foodies.
I am going to be making Albondigas (meatball soup) tonight for my boyfriend. I usually cook all the time, but oddly enough, I have not cooked for him. We have been eating out a lot.
Its cold and has been raining night & day here. I think a hearty soup is perfect. We love wine, so I want to have some available, but what wine should I pair with Albondigas?
