Hey cheftalk community
So, this is my last year of high school, and my last summer, and I want to get started on my career.
I plan on going to study at Johnson and Wales once August hits, and I WANT more experience and a sponser if possible :] ...
I've taken all the classes offered through the high school, which includes the ROP ( Regional Occupation Program) for culinary arts for a full year under Chef Schatti. I've also done an internship at the Hilton Hotel in Irvine for a summer under Executive Chef Noah Almazon.
I will turn 18 on May 20 of this year.
I have reliable transportation.
I am dedicated to my work and very eager to learn more about anything that is culinary.
So here I am asking if anyone would want me in their kitchen as either an apprentice or as another worker, and I would be beyond grateful for the chance.
I live in Tustin, CA and would be willing to travel away for the summer.

Edit:: I have also taken a class in the basics of Baking and Pastry arts, although I'd rather focus in Culinary I'd be ecstatic to learn more about Baking!
