Hi everyone. My name is Steve and I've been looking for a good cooking forum. Though I'm a home cook, I consider myself to be fairly proficient in the kitchen and lately have been looking to take it to the next level. I recently started getting more into Asian foods, such as Indian, Thai, and Chinese. My goal is to eventually be able to make my favorite ethnic restaurant dishes at home.
My other hobbies include home winemaking (been at it for 9 years now), music, and entertaining.
