Hi All,


I am a Food consultant and chef who has worked for all major chains in India and in the UK ( ITC WelcomGroup, Oberoi, Le Meridian, TGIF, Sheraton Sand keys Resort , The Windermere Hotel in Victoria London). since 2003 on return to India I have been consulting and setting up the F&B solutions for hotels and boutique resorts. 

Now to come to the Issue at hand and the predicament I am facing.


well I have got an enquiry to setup an Indian Cuisine Inspired Restaurant In Mexico, but the issue I am facing is that I do not know the legal and country specific codes, so was wondering if any one can direct me towards how do I get it, and from where....


The Other issue is the costs of the Equipments to setup the restaurant in mexico along with the areas in Mexico city that are best to setup a Modern Nouvelle Cuisine Indian Restaurant.
