Hello.
Hello Nelson, welcome to Cheftalk.
We have members from around the world - I'm Scots, where are you from? The members are at all levels of culinary ability, from those just starting out on their culinary adventures, through enthusiastic amateurs (I'm one of that group!) to masterchefs, as well as other culinary professionals.
The articles, wikis, reviews and photography on the site are outstanding and well worth taking the time to examine.
