We have a fairly broad membership, from around the globe, including those from Asia, including India. Did you know that Indian (Asian as we call it) is the 'second' cuisine of those of us in the UK? Most of our 'Indian' restaurants are actually 'cheffed' by Bangladeshis, and their foods are second to none!
Feel free to join in on any thread you find interesting, or start your own in the relevant forum. Please note, though, that the professional fora are read-only for those of us who are not currently employed in the culinary trades, although they make very interesting reading. The wikis, blogs, reviews, articles and photographs on here are well worth spending time to examine - lots of inspiration to be found!
