After lots of thought and research I'm just going to go ahead and go to culinary school. Its something I see as sharpening my talents and turning them into strengths. I'm ready to work and get going. Now all I have to do is decide where to attend. Frech Culinary in NYC or CIA Greystone in California. Anybody attending either schools or know anybody who has?

Hey man. I just recently decided to take the same leap into Culinary School. I'm not going to either school you mentioned, so I'm sorry for being slightly off-topic.
