I am a junior in high school and I want to be a pastry chef, the schools I am looking at are The Art Institute of Charlotte (cuz it not but 1 hour away), Le Cordon Bleu Orlando, or Le Codon Bleu Ottawa but the ai of charlotte does not offer a pastry program just a basic culinary program,Which school would be better the AI or LCB. If LCB than which one?
